PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Innovative Precision, based in Ogden, Utah is currently expanding its manufacturing operations, and is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. If you are dependable, detail & goal oriented and have experience working in a fast paced production type of environment we are interested in hearing from you!

Duties include some of the following:

• Mechanical Assembly
• Deburring
• Installation of various components
• Machine operations
• Parts finishing
• Mechanical Inspection

Applicants must have a positive attitude and work well with others. Resumes can be submitted in the Job Applications Form box to the right. Current positions are available for our swing shift, Monday thru Thursday from 3 pm to 1 am. Benefits available after 60 days.

CNC Machinist/Operator

Innovative Precision, based in Ogden, Utah is currently expanding its manufacturing operations, and is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Machining experience is not required but appropriate vocational schooling is recommended. If you are dependable, detail & goal oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced production type of environment we are interested in hearing from you!

Some of the positions available are:

• Production CNC Lathe Operator
• Production CNC Mill Operator
• Production Assembly Technician
• CNC Horizontal/5-Axis CNC Operator

Innovative Precision is equipped with the latest technology in CNC Machining. Resumes can be submitted in the Job Applications Form box to the right. Dayshift positions are from 7 am to 3 pm Monday – Friday, and Swing shift is from 3 pm to 1 am Monday – Thursday. Pay is DOE with benefits available after 60 days.

EXPERIENCED CNC MACHINIST

Innovative Precision, based in Ogden, Utah is currently expanding its manufacturing operations, and is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Position requires five years of experience programming, setting up and running precision CNC machinery. If you are dependable, detail & goal oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced production type of environment we are interested in hearing from you!

We’re seeking candidates experienced with programming, setting up & running the following types of equipment:

• CNC Horizontal Milling Machines
• CNC Lathes/Lathes with Live Tooling
• CNC 5-Axis Milling Machines
• CNC Multi-Axis Mill/Turn Machines

EXPERIENCED MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

Innovative Precision’s success has always been based on finding talented & experienced individuals to join our team. We are looking for experienced mechanical inspectors. If you have experience programming and operating CMM’s and working with complex, tight tolerance components then we would like to hear from you!

These are some of the skills we look for:

• CMM Setup, Programming and Operation
• Proper use of measuring and testing instrumentation
• Working knowledge in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Knowledge of quality systems as they relate to ISO 9001 & AS9100
• Ability to communicate effectively (both written & verbal)
• Experience performing setups/layouts and first article inspections
• PC-DIMIS experience is a plus
